I'm Manon Galizzi, a food scientist and flavour expert with over 10 years in the UK food and drink industry. I trained inside Synergy Flavours, one of the UK's leading flavour houses, and worked as a flavour specialist at McVitie's.
I work on both the flavour and the product development side, from diagnosing what is wrong with an existing product to guiding you through the full development process for something new. I run up to 200 trials per project and stay with you through your first production run, because taste always changes at scale and most brands find that out too late.
